Workshop: Intellectual Property and Exploitation

As intellectual property rights and the exploitation of results are a requirement in Horizon 2020 projects, the European Commission's IP Helpdesk organised an online workshop on the subject in the framework of ESSIAL, on 22 April 2021. This workshop was also open to participants of H2020 projects interested in the topic.

The workshop provided an overview and tools to best address intellectual property issues and maximise impact, such as:

  • ownership of results and access rights ;
  • identification of key exploitable results ;
  • data protection;
  • communication and dissemination;
  • Open Access.
