Presentation of 4 posters related to the ESSIAL project at SMM25
The ESSIAL project was present during the 25th Soft Magnetic Materials Conference that take place between the 2nd and 5th of May 2022 in Grenoble, France. On this occasion, the coordinator of the project Olivier Maloberti, alongside two researchers working on the project (Manar Nesser and Préscillia Dupont) presented the work done within the project through presentations and scientific posters. The four research topics presented on the posters during SMM25 were related to:
- Discriminating the physical impacts of various laser pulses on the magnetic structure of oriented electrical steels;
- Surface magnetic properties of domain structure – thickness dependent behaviour of GOES sheets;
- Relative control of domains structure and phases in electrical steels by laser process parameters and patterns;
- Investigating laser patterns for GOES submitted to misoriented flux with a 2D vector model.
Beside the presentations and posters shown at the conference, the ESSIAL project also had its own booth which was the occasion to discuss more in details with the people interested by the project research topics, findings and results.
